HB 110 - Enables Identification of Ethics Complainants after Board Review

This legislation requires that the identity of any person who files an ethics complaint be disclosed upon conclusion of the ethics investigation. It is OBNOXIOUS and Un-American that a complainant, under current Louisiana law, can remain anonymous permanently. The identity of a complainant should be known at the time he files a complaint, but this legislation is a step in the right direction.
