Louisiana Sovereignty Resolution Should Be Model for Entire Nation as DC Government Becomes Increasingly Lawless
Few things concern American citizens more than the steady encroachment of the federal government on our constitutionally protected liberty. WB Yeats’ words aptly describe the way millions of Americans feel about their own government: “The falcon cannot hear the falconer; things fall apart; the center cannot hold; Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world.” The federal government seems to have no mechanism of self-restraint. We feel suffocated by its excesses.
LACAG: A Victory For The 10th Amendment In Louisiana
Scott McKay’s The Revivalist Manifesto is among the great works of this generation on human liberty and how to preserve it. It is fitting, therefore, to write the following in this space.
Few things concern the citizens of Louisiana more than the steady encroachment of the federal government on our constitutionally protected liberty.
Louisiana State Senate Committee Refuses to Block Chinese Purchase of Immovable Property
In what can only be viewed as a massive betrayal of public trust, two days ago a Louisiana Senate Judiciary Committee defeated legislation that would have prohibited sworn adversaries of the United States from purchasing immovable property in the interior of the State.

ESSAY: State Legislatures Have the Power to Resist Federal Tyranny
America’s Founders fought a bloody revolution in order to escape the “absolute despotism” to which they had been reduced under the hereditary monarchy of the British government, a system that Thomas Paine said “laid the world in blood and ashes.”
LACAG: SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT ON ELECTION SECURITY AND CENSORSHIP IN LOUISIANA
I finally had a chance to closely read a recent article by Michael Lunsford, President of Citizens for a New Louisiana, titled “Don’t Be Fooled, Louisiana’s Elections Aren’t Broken.” The article warrants a clear response due to its misrepresentation of both law and fact regarding critical issues of election integrity in Louisiana. I take time to respond to the article only because the falsehoods contained in it risk misleading Louisiana voters on the most important issue of our day: the integrity and security of our vote.
LACAG: New Orleans Election Officials Fail to Secure Recall Signatures to Get Rid of Corrupt Mayor
New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell may be the worse Mayor in the Country. She presides over one of the most crime-plagued Cities in the Country. Orleans Parish residents have had enough. On February 22, 2023, at 3:50 PM Orleans Parish voters who are determined to recall Cantrell delivered roughly 60,000 boxed signatures to Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters Sandra Wilson at the ROV office.
LACAG: Louisiana’s SOS Kyle Ardoin Is for the Third Time Pushing Dominion Voting Machines for the State’s Elections
In August of 2018 Louisiana Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin announced that his office had executed a 95$ million contract with Dominion Voting Systems for a new electronic voting system in the state. Two months later, the State Procurement Office rescinded the Dominion contract due to “flaws” in the bidding process. ES&S, the largest US manufacturer of voting equipment in America which was also competing for the contract, had alleged that the standards contained in Ardoin’s bid request were ones that only Dominion’s system could meet. Paula Tregere, Louisiana’s chief procurement officer, ruled that it was in the “best interest of the State to rescind the award made to Dominion Voting Systems.”

LACAG: Boffy, Ellis Must Act Now On Early Childhood Learning Standards
The Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) is playing with fire. The only question is whether the flame ignited by BESE that threatens to devour the hearts and minds of Louisiana’s youngest learners is intentional or borne of ignorance and naivete.
